It gets worse
Today I read an article about how key computer parts (RAM, storage) are doubling in price because they are being bought up for AI data centres in the USA and in countries that suck up to the USA.
The UK is part of that. That obnoxious pillock Starmer wants to let US private firms come in and build nuclear power stations across the UK, just to push AI slop data centres:

These are the same type of data centres using up water supplies needed elsewhere:
The UK government is an utter disgrace.
Anyway, all this is even more reason to boycott US big tech where possible. Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple etc. See my post Boycott The USA.
